Video: Stroke Brain Re-Growth

One of the greatest challenges facing those whom would extend lifespan by any measure is the fact that as we progress in age, our minds themselves on a biological basis become more and more fragile; things like strokes, Alzheimer's, and "general dementia" creep in as time passes. It is a common belief that this is due to the loss of neurons over time, because brain-cells don't grow back. Turns out, that's not quite so true as we thought: it's not that they don't grow back, it's that they grow back slower as we age. This video shows that with proper treatment, that needn't remain the case. Score one for the "stay sane forever" crowd?
